2. Clinical procedure :
- Immediately receive and stabilize the appropriate referral patient Standard Operating
Procedures (SOP)
- Once stable, transfer the patients to the elective treatment room for further treatment
or forwarded to a health facility better to refer further
- Monitor and evaluate the patients clinical progress
3. Physical examination or clinical examination is process by which a medical expert
examines the patients body to find clinical signs of disease
4. To provide information and help doctors know about the origin and history of the disease
5. A condition in which the blood does not hae enough healthy red blood cells. Anemia
caused by a lack of red blood cells or red blood cells that do not function in the body.
This causes reduced oxygen flow to the bodys organs.
Treatment varies :
Treatment dependens on the primary diagnosis. Iron supplements can be used for iron
deficiency. Vitamin B supplements can be used for blood loss. Medications to promote
blood formation may be used if the bodys blood production is reduced.
