Please reach venue 10 Min before as per the time slot chosen by you

Please promptly leave the premise after 30 minutes of the vaccination to avoid gatherings and
allowing other people to continue with their vaccination

As per guidelines, a single vial of vaccine once opened needs to be used immediately to administer
10 doses i.e. vaccinate 10 individuals. If all of the vial is not used within stipulated time frame, the
remaining doses go to waste. To prevent wastage, appointments at vaccination centre will be
served in multiples of 10 individuals

As per recent guidelines, your second dose of Covishield vaccine is due 84 days after the first
dose. Please refer to your profile on CoWin website for more information
