STAY ORDER AGAINST INDIAN BANK

INDIAN Bank is directed to not to take possession and not to confirm sale of the aforementioned
properties:

It is hereby made known to all, that my client has filed S.A no of 2020 before the Hon’ble D.R.T,
Jabalpur against classification of his loan account as N.P.A by Indian Bank and e-auction
dated..........being conducted by Indian Bank in an arbitrary manner and the Honorable D.R.T has
been pleased to grant the following order dated ..........:

The respondent Bank is directed not to take possession of the properties and respondent Bank is
permitted to conduct the auction but sale shall not be confirmed

Be it known to all that the matter is pending before the Hon’ble D.R.T (Court) and common public
is advised to peruse the aforementioned order before participating in the e-auction process and
take the well informed decision before investing hard earned money. Copy of stay order can be
obtained from the Indian Bank ( Allahbad Bank ) Shyam Nagar Branch or via email
