certificate, Municipality Certificate and Architect certificate. I am
under the impression that a new certificate is required by clubbing

have conducted staff meeting and various committees viz.,

metric machines for staff and students before 31 st December,2016.
It will cost around Rs.10,000 to 12,000.

7. MBA Computer lab is equipped with 50 Systems. 15 sytems of

them are under repair and are to be repaired at a phased manner.
Please accord permission to estimate the cost for the repair.
8. Almost all (50) UPS are not working as there is no maintenance for
the last 3 years. Batteries are to be replaced with new ones atleast
for 10 UPS (10 @ Rs.700). The estimated cost will be 7,000/-
approx. Your approval is requested.

 The treasury has already issued token numbers to our bank for the amount of
Rs.3.50 lakhs. As there are instructions from the government to the Treasury not to
releas0e funds until further orders this amount is not received. Therefore I request

has organaised a virtual meeting on 27.07.2021 and we have attended
