I am aware that a loan scholarship of Rs.…………………………………… has been

sanctioned to Mr. / Ms. …………………………………………………….. from your Trust and I am willing
to stand as the Guarantor for the above named student.

The aforesaid student has assigned his / her Life Insurance policy in favour of your
Trustees and I shall ensure that during his / her absence from India premiums are regularly
paid and the policy is kept in force?

I also undertake to see that the loan amount is repaid as soon as the above
student starts earning and I also agree to furnish you the address of the above named
student from time to time

I undertake to sign necessary documents along with the above named student viz.
Promissory Note, Agreement etc., and I shall ensure that the Promissory Notes etc. are
renewed by me from time to time as required by you.

I agree that in case the above named student fails to repay the loan I will be
responsible for the repayment of your loan amount.
