Students are requested to bring the following documents without which

payment for the first instalment of their loan scholarship will not be made.

1. Agreement to be franked on 1st Page of an amount equal to 0.1% of Scholarship

sanctioned, for scholarship upto and including Rs.10 lakhs and 0.2% for scholarship
greater than Rs.10 Lakhs.

2. Please print the Agreement on both sides of the paper.

3. Copy of the Foreign Exchange remittance.

4. Copy of the Passport first page, address page and Visa endorsement page.

5. A letter from Guarantor that he is willing to stand as your Guarantor, disclosing his
monthly source of Income together with the Salary Certificate of the Guarantor’s
employers. If the Guarantor has his own business, in that event a certified copy of
the Guarantor’s latest Income Tax Return. In the said letter the Guarantor should
also state that he shall ensure that the Insurance policy premiums are paid by the
applicant and in the event of non- payment of Insurance premiums by the
Applicant then the premiums will be paid by him and the insurance policy will be
kept in force.

6. Life Insurance policy for an amount of loan sanctioned, duly assigned to the
Trustees of this Trust. We shall accept policies of Life Insurance Corporation of
India or TATA AIA Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

7. Student should furnish copies of the letters from other Trusts who have granted
them scholarships.

8. Copy of Air-Ticket.

9. Cancelled cheque of student’s Bank Account.
