1. Place milkshake glasses into the freezer. Using cold glasses will help the shake stay cool to
give you time to enjoy. Leave for up to an hour if possible.
2. Soften ice cream. It is easier to make a shake when the ice cream is slightly soft. Take the ice
cream out of the freezer a few minutes before making your shake.
3. Place the ingredients into a blender. Mix the ice cream, milk and added flavors into the
blender. Blend on high for one minute. Don’t leave in the blender for longer or the shake will
melt quickly.
4. Pour shakes into frosty glasses. Take the glasses out of the freezer as soon as the blending is
complete. Then pour the shake mixture in.
5. Drop a straw into the shake, then enjoy. You can sip a shake right from the glass but somehow
the straw adds to the flavor and the experience.
If you do not have a blender, you may substitute with a mixer, but be careful as it could be messy.
And if you do not have anything else to mix, just use a spoon, but let the ice cream thaw first to
make the milkshake easier to mix. Enjoy your milkshake.

o In the Mongols
In the Mongols the belief about pregnancy is that when two pregnant women meet they should
not each other’s stomachs. The native people there believe that the sex the baby can be confused
in this way.In addition, for infatns aged three months or up to more than one year, parents may
not directly mention the sex of the baby whether female or male, because it is believed that doing
so can confuse the evil spirit that can interfere with the baby.
o In Kenya
The Akambha in Kenya believe that pregnant women should not see corpses because the spirits
of the deceased can endanger pregnancy.Having sex is also prohibited when pregnant because it
can cause babies born with disabilities.
o In Jamaica
Jamaican beluefs say pregnant women should not withstand the will of a branch of the baby
better known as cravings. If a pregnant woman cravers eating oranges, she sould eat oranges

the baby is predicted to be male. When someone sees the rainbow, that person will shout
"There's abrig fur a beuy barin!" ("There is a bridge for boys!")
o In Portugal
In Portugal there is a belief that pets such as cats and dogs must be kept away from pregnant
women. This is done to prevent the baby to be born with fur on its body. What is the relationship
between fruit and vegetable shape with the sex of the baby? Portuguese belief explains this. If a
