This paper documents the use of a quintic polynomial to assign Trump’s percentage of the vote in
each precinct in each county of Michigan. The initial quintic starts with two conjugate roots, with the
other three roots at zero.
 These qunitics are used to impersonate a natural distribution of the ratios (percentages) for Trump
in each precinct.

The polynomial is then rotated via a simple rotation matrix on each coordinate generated by the
polynomial, where x is the precinct number, and y is the percentage corresponding to the quintic.

The negative rotation of the initial polynomial induces a large subset of the precincts that are
assigned to the second half the initial polynomial (the portion that is concave up) to now have lower
percentage values for Trump for an equal sized subset of precincts assigned to the first half of the
polynomial (the portion is concave down).

The entire polynomial is then vertically translated down the y-axis to subtract a flat percentage
from Trump in every precinct.

However, to cover their tracks, the engineers of this algorithm do not permit these two subsets of
the precincts to swap their positions on either side of the mean percentage, as such an obvious map
between the domains of either polynomial would make an easy case for fraud. Rather, they simulated
Brownian Motion inside of a trigonometrically shaped container (two cosine waves), such that the map
between the domains of either polynomial appears as a scatter plot bounded between two standard bell
curves.

That is 18.49%, if we subtract the hijacked votes from the final aggregate state
we get: 51,218 Trump out of 217,276, which is 23.57% Trump.

That the final hijacked state of all precincts can have their total votes changed to a uniform
number, such as 20,000 total votes per precinct, and the percentage remains the same (14.65%),
which is proof that a simple linear algebra algorithm was adjusting requisite precinct totals
against a flat polarized template.

The precincts seized more than once were most likely to be early in alphanumeric order, proving
the software takes the first available precinct from an ordered alphanumeric list by County,
Precinct.

That of these 1.71% of the ratios, (217/12681), 246 precincts from Fulton are involved (66.30%
of all precincts caught), and 71 precincts from DeKalb (19.13% of all precincts caught are
involved.

8: That DeKalb has 190 precincts from the original database; that Fulton has 383 precincts on the
from the original database. Furthermore that this means 37.3% of DeKalb’s precincts are
involved, and likewise that 64.2% of Fulton’s precinctswere involved, and that this “Ratio
Transfer” phenomenon does not even occur once in several of the counties in the Mothersheet
(Rockdale and Newton), only twice in Henry County, and only 6 times in Cobb, which itself has
over 100 precincts (thus less than 6% of its precincts have been flagged. Which is ten times as
many less than Fulton’s by proportion)."

That a distinct Wheel Number of 2231 was found, such that the virtual precincts were divided
into 23 branches with 97 leaves; all wheel numbers above 2231 fail catastrophically (with
polynomial increases of failure in the immediate range above 2231) until the trivial limit at the
highest recorded denominator of 3784 (Fulton Precinct AP01A, November 5th, 21:16 AM).

10: That the fraud is proven by the fact that all hijacked precincts in their final states can be filled
with the same number of votes per precincts, and it equals the same flip of trump to total
(confirming a live algorithm was balancing the zero point average from a blank template using
equal weight on each precinct).

With dubious election results in several states following Tuesday’s Presidential Election, by
Wednesday President Donald Trump’s campaign filed suit in Michigan and then Pennsylvania. 
The President is questioning outcomes in battleground states, particularly as more than 138,000
ballots magically appeared overnight in Michigan, all voting for challenger Joe Biden.

The lawsuits join existing Republican legal challenges in Pennsylvania and Nevada, demanding
access for campaign observers to be present where ballots are still being counted, as Trump said
in a Tweet today:

We have claimed, for Electoral Vote purposes, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (which
won’t allow legal observers) the State of Georgia, and the State of North Carolina, each one of
which has a BIG Trump lead. Additionally, we hereby claim the State of Michigan if, in fact,…..

However, as one of President Trump’s attorneys, Jenna Ellis explained, at a Detroit, Michigan
location, poll watchers were kept away, as ballots were counted. Poll workers even covered
windows with paper.

In Georgia, poll watchers were kept away from watching the ballot counting for 20 hours.

In Pennsylvania, 3 million mail-in ballots were allowed after Election Day was over.
In Wisconsin, there were numerous voting “irregularities.”

Three million Nevada absentee votes haven’t been counted, showing the state is undecided.

As Ellis explained, the Biden campaign keeps saying they want “all votes counted.” But this
means all duplicative votes, spoiled votes, and votes received after the election deadline. “All
manner of fraud to count,” she said. “The media keeps reporting, ‘the President is trying to stop
the count.'”

But some states actually halted their counts Tuesday evening, if Biden was losing. “We want
meaningful access to the counting,” Ellis said. “We are preserving and protecting the U.S.
Constitution and free and fair elections.”

This is the actual status of several states, and why President Trump’s attorneys are fighting
legally for poll watching, recounts and even getting the judiciary involved:

Wisconsin: Media said Biden was up by 17%. Reality: Wisconsin is within 1%. “That is recount
territory,” a friend commented.

Michigan: Many outlying counties still need to be counted. Trump won Michigan in 2016, and
his team is confident a victory includes Michigan.

Pennsylvania: Five Western PA pro-Trump counties remain uncounted. The Trump team says
this adds up to a 40,000-vote win, even if Biden gets 95% of outstanding ballots in Philadelphia.

Nevada: Late-breaking absentee ballots and voter mail-in votes likely gets Trump a win by a
margin of 5,500. Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt said he believes there is a path to a
Trump victory.  

Georgia: Trump has a healthy lead and that is expected to be maintained.

Arizona: Very much still in play, despite FOX News calling AZ last evening ahead of 600,000
remaining votes from Maricopa County being counted. Trump is projected to keep pulling 2:1 of
remaining votes. 

North Carolina: Still leaning toward a Trump victory, and is expected to continue to do so.

California anomalies: Has California ever seen such huge margins between Democrat
Congressional wins and their Republican challengers? Not since Secretary of State Alex Padilla
was elected in 2014. Expect legal challenges from some candidates.

Nevada AG Adam Laxalt said President Donald Trump would have won last night in a normal
election.
