and others) over a parcel of land located in Brgy. Lomboy, Villasis, Pangasinan, covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 167266 with an area of 343 square meters;
2. To execute all documents and all other writings related to the aforementioned purpose and registration of
the said deed;
3. To perform all other acts necessary for the fulfillment of the above powers and authority.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully
as to all intents and purposes as I may could lawfully do if personally present with all the power of substitution or
revocation and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or her substitute
can lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
