MANIFESTATION with APOLOGIES

WITH UTMOST RESPECT TO THE HONORABLE COURT,

______ through the undersigned counsels respectfully state:

1) Defendant-Appellants filed their respective Appellant’s Brief

before the Honorable Court on 08 April 2021;

2) In the Appellant’s Brief, it was noted that the page

references to the record are not included;

3) Admittedly, the counsels for Defendant-Appellants are aware

of the need to include the page references, however, when
they asked for the records of the case before the
_____________, the records were already transmitted before
the Honorable Court. Hence, there was no other way for
them to know the exact pages in the record;

4) Also, the services of the counsels were only retained after

the case was ruled in favor of Plaintiff-Appellees, and the
documents forwarded to the office are not complete;

5) As such, counsels sincerely and humbly apologize for their

oversight, and beg the indulgence of the Honorable Court to
admit the attached Defendant-Appellants Brief, allowing
them to exercise their right to appeal.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

that this Honorable Court note herein Manifestation, and admit the

submitted Defendant-Appellant’s Brief and consider the same in
rendering its Decision in relation to the instant appeal.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the circumstances are

likewise prayed for.
