Pre-board Examination Guidelines:

1. The students should take the exam at the scheduled time and date. (They are encouraged
to use up all the allotted time as much as possible).
2. A strong internet connection should be secured by the students since the examinations
will be administered through the online platform, "CANVAS".
3. The student should use two electronic gadgets that can connect to the internet, one for
accessing the examination online and the other for logging in to “Google Meet” video
conferencing.
4. The gadget to be used for logging in to "Google Meet" should be equipped with a
working camera (for video) and a working microphone for "audio".
5. The students should take the exam in an isolated area where there can be no disturbance
while taking the examination.
6. The students should log in to the provided link of "Google Meet" at least 15 minutes
before the scheduled time.
7. Once logged in, the student should turn the camera "on", capturing the gadget being used
to access the exam and the examination table or desk with a clean sheet of paper, pen
and/or pencil, and the calculator only. No other things are allowed on the table.
8. The student’s camera “viewing” situation and audio should be checked and approved by
the proctors before the start of the examination and throughout the examination.
9. The students should have taken their corresponding meal and all other comforting stuff
before taking the examination, as taking breaks during examination time is prohibited,
and going to the comfort room is being discouraged. In case the need to go to the comfort
room is necessary, the student shall ask permission from the proctor.
