Case Study1: Find the reason that Mr. Mehta would have given to Franklin.

In my opinion, I think the best advice of Mr. Mehta that he would give
to Franklin would be more friendly and approachable in his workplace because as
we can see, Harsha get more attention wherever she goes since she doesn't let
her position in the company influence her behavior in front of others. Harsha
treats everyone with respect and she is ready to help anyone from security
guards to her co-workers, she is opposite to Franklin because Franklin is egoistic,
unapproachable by his co-workers and other employees like the security guard
even if he holds a good position in the company, people in the company will not
be able to recognize him because of his ego. So, Franklin needs to become more
friendly and he need to listen and respect others. He need treat them like a
family or at least a team to gain respect and to have a good relationship. People
now a days will respect you when you respect them so we to be more
understanding especially when we are in the top.
