1. What is the difference between state and government?

state.
3. Provide a comprehensive definition of citizen.
4. Identify and explain ways of acquiring and loosing Ethiopian citizenship.

5. The first two constitutions of Ethiopia (1931 & 1955) did not guarantee gender
