“My personality profile according to DISC and MBTL”

DISC calculates most of all personalities within the factors like dominance, steadiness,
influence and compliance. In the other hand MBIT calculates personality by determining
each personality within 2 possible factors and at last determines whether that
personality of person is assertive or turbulent.
According to DISC personality module, my highest factor is influence which is 53%. This
shows that I have quite good capacity to have an effect on the character, development,
or behavior of someone or something, or the effect itself. After that another highest
factor is compliance 35% which is how good I am to approach and organize my activity.
And so, my dominance is 20% which describes I deal with problems and assert myself
and can control situation pretty well. Then comes steadiness 10% which describes my
level of temperament, patience, persistence and thoughtfulness.
In conclusion, it is very useful and important to know about own personality. This will
help to take decision pretty well and brings success in most of the task we do.
