Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence refers to the ability to identify and manage one’s own emotions,
as well as the emotions of others. It is generally said to include at least three skills:
emotional awareness, or the ability to identify and name one’s own emotions;  the ability
to harness those emotions and apply them to tasks like thinking and problem solving;
and the ability to manage emotions, which includes both regulating one’s own emotions
when necessary and helping others to do the same. In practical terms emotional
Intelligence means being aware that emotions can drive our behavior and impact people
(positively and negatively), and learning to how to manage those emotions: both our
own and others, especially when we are under pressure. The major part of emotional
intelligence is learning.
I need to be obliged to recognize lots of emotional intelligence. It is very hard for me to
forgive someone simply and that I also do admit other things that I am bad on. I do not
listen to other properly and is very hard to know another person feeling. I do not think
much before speaking with someone. Mostly I tend to be a bit annoyed and angry. In
this week of Emotional Intelligence has helped a lot to understand my positive sides and
the negative. It has inspired a lot and also has motivated.
In conclusion, Emotional Intelligence is very important for achieving success in every
step of our life. It plays a vital role in making our life better.
