A. RECRUITMENT PROCESS
4. After identifying the vacant position to be filled, the End-user shall submit
the duly accomplished Position Description Form (PDF) to
HRMD/FASD/HR Focal.
6. Upon the receipt of the PDF, the HRMD/FASD/HR Focal shall publish/post
the Job Opening (Annex E) accordingly. The Job Opening shall also
include the list of qualified next-in-rank positions who shall be considered
as candidate for the vacant position as identified in the TESDA System of
Ranking Positions (Annex G) for the COROPO and for the TESDA
Administered Schools (TAS). The System of Ranking for TAS shall adopt
the Staffing Pattern as indicated in the Personnel Services Itemization and
Plantilla of Personnel (PSIPOP). The HRMD/FASD/HR Focal shall ensure
a wide dissemination of information of the said Job Opening.
B. SELECTION PROCESS
EFFECTIVITY
This Circular shall take effect upon approval of the Civil Service Commission
and shall amend/revoke/rescind any other issuance/s inconsistent hereof.
Subsequent amendments, revision or enhancement shall likewise be submitted to
CSC for evaluation and shall take upon approval by the CSC.
