Welcome to the Fairyologist course, and congratulations on following your guidance to connect with the nature

Tips to Enhance Your Experience During the Fairyologist Course

to successfully answer the test questions, plus read the required textbook Fairies 101 as a book, ebook, or listen to
the Fairies 101 audiobook.
We highly recommend watching the Fairyologist course videos for enjoyment the first time, and then for content
the second time. So perhaps on the second viewing, you might want to take notes.
If you are watching the videos with others, do make an agreement ahead of time not to talk, text, or otherwise
distract during the viewing. Mobile phones turned off, and focus upon the course. It’s fine to pause the videos, as
long as you remember the information that was in the video before you paused it.
We made the videos short and to-the-point to help those with slow internet speed, and also to keep learning
focused.
The ideal way to watch the videos is in a comfortable place outdoors in nature, with plants next to you, or with a
pet companion. That way, the fairies are with you during your Fairyologist course.

1. Introduction to the Fairyologist course

These notes are supplements to the videos, and not substitutes. In each of these notes, I’ll give you my
experience with the filming, or some additional material related to that video.
In this introduction video, we go over what to expect in the course. Admittedly, we filmed this introduction before we
were finished filming the entire course. So, there’s actually a lot more to the course than was originally planned.

2. Origins of the word "Fairy"

Each of the videos goes into detail about questions that your students and clients may ask you about fairies. We
begin the course with basic information that you’ll need to know (including for your test questions). The word
“Elemental” means “a being of the elements” including air, earth, water, and fire.
During this video series, you’ll see me wearing clothing with a fairy-flare to it, most of it purchased on the website
Etsy.com where you can buy clothing directly from the person who makes it. This is fair-trade, to avoid supporting
cruel sweatshops. Plus as a Fairyologist, people will expect you to dress a bit magically. On Etsy or ebay, use these
keywords in the search box to find your magical clothing: “Bell sleeves,” “Renaissance,” “Medieval,” “Fairy,” “Pixie,”
or “Asymmetrical.”

3. Who and what are the fairies

As a Fairyologist, people will ask you all sorts of questions about the fairies, including basic questions which this
video answers. There are so many myths and misconceptions about fairies, so your learning the basics about fairies
helps you to teach others. Of course, if you have your own beliefs about fairies and elementals, we respect that you
will want to incorporate them into this course. As long as your teachings are love-based and not fear-based, we
welcome inclusion of other philosophies about the fairies.
The videos were all filmed on Maui, Hawaii, by the way. The magical-looking doorways and stairs that you see in the
video were all the creative inspiration of Michael, who also filmed and edited this course through his Guardian1of7
Productions work.

4. What do fairies look like?

As you take this course, you’ll find your sensitivity increasing to elemental energy. I highly encourage you to
spend time in nature, as much as possible – especially while you’re taking this course. Trust the visions, feelings,
and thoughts that you receive as you spend time outdoors.
My advice is: easy does it. Don’t try to rush, push, force, control, or chase your experiences with the fairies.
Remember that fairies are extremely sensitive, almost shy, and they are repelled by any fear-energies. Your best bet
is to peacefully sit outside in silence, and wait for them to come to you. We’ll get into this further later in the
Fairyologist course.

5. Do fairies have egos?

A lot of people are afraid of fairies because of myths about them being mischievous or worse. This video helps to
explain that fairies, like everyone on earth, have egos which judge, get angry, and so forth. The egos of people and
fairies are invoked in similar ways: when someone does something harmful.
The fairies, being one with nature and animals, can FEEL the pain of nature and animals. So, if the fairies see
someone violating nature or abusing an animal, they feel this pain as if it happened to themselves. That’s when they
get angry and even revengeful. The fairies don’t expect us to be saints or perfect, but they do ask us to be respectful
of nature and animals.
6. What do fairies eat?

You’ll probably notice this course affecting your appetite for foods and beverages, where you’re more drawn to
healthier vegan and organic foods. When you spend time with fairies, they do help us to be more aligned with
nature. So you no longer crave heavy foods, especially if they involved animal cruelty or pesticides.
The usual path of “appetite ascension” is to first lose your desire for “red meat” (cows and pigs), and next lose your
appetite for chickens and turkeys. After this, the desire for cheese, dairy, and eggs goes away next. Then, the desire
for processed or overly-cooked food is gone. Eventually, you only desire fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Some
people believe that fruitarianism is the highest vibrational path of eating, since it doesn’t involve killing plants or
animals. If you are guided to go vegan, be sure to take daily B-12 supplement, and do research about ways to get
your protein needs met through kale, beans, legumes, and so forth. My book, “Eating in the Light” also has
information about assimilating veganism into your family life.

7. The relationship of fairies to animals

Michael and I love sharing our lives with our animal family, many of whom are rescue animals, or those who
needed rehoming because their owners were moving. Gigi, the big white Pomeranian who you see in this video, was
a “puppy mill” breeder dog who was used to breed puppies for sale. When she was no longer able to have babies, I
adopted her for free (I don’t believe in giving any money to puppy mills). Puppy mills should be illegal, and I’m so
sorry that Gigi had such a hard life for so many years. Immediately after I adopted her, I had her spayed and told her
that she would have a gentle life for the rest of her life. She’s now 12 years old and the queen of all of our dogs.
All of our dogs eat a vegetarian diet, which is something that dogs can do easily if you make sure to meet all of their
nutritional needs. They eat fresh organic fruits and vegetables, cooked vegetarian meals, and two types of kibble:
Evolution brand, and Wysong vegan dog and cat food (our cats enjoy eating this brand too, and it has taurine for
their health). They also eat cooked eggs from our free-range chickens (no chickens are ever harmed).

8. Fairies, religion, and spirituality

This video is important information for you to deal with people’s fears and curiosities about fairies, stemming from
traditional religious beliefs. I encourage you to continue your studies about how nature was viewed by religion
throughout history, as it’s very interesting.

9. Celtic fairies

This video was filmed in a dry river bed in the mountains near Kula, Maui. It was quite a hike to get to the rock
where I’m sitting, but it was worth it because of the charming elementals which greeted Michael and myself. You can
even see some of them flitting in front of the camera during this video if you look closely.
This video acknowledges that most people think of Celtic fairies, whenever they think of elementals. The truth is that
elementals are recognized worldwide in most cultures. However, it’s essential to be familiar with Celtic spirituality as
a Fairyologist. If you live in, or can visit, the Celtic countries (particularly Ireland or Wales), you can speak with those
from the “old religion” who may tell you fascinating stories about fairies and leprechauns.
Countries in the Commonwealth (Canada, Australia, etc.) also have the Celtic fairies. The Celtic fairies seem bold
and easier to see than some of the fairies from other cultures.
10. Crystals and fairies

This was a fun video to film, because I love hanging crystals from trees. You can make your own crystal
suncatchers using beads from old jewelry or from bead shops. Let your creativity flow as you create sparkly
decorations for your garden. The fairies are attracted to clear quartz crystal, because it creates rainbow prism. They
also love colorful crystals, and any crystal that you’re attracted to will also attract fairies.
If you want to take your crystal fairy garden to a higher level, select crystals representing the elements such as
Larimar or Aquamarine for the water element; Amethyst or Turquoise for the air element; Opal or Red Jasper for the
fire element; and Malachite or Quartz for earth.
If you’d like to add the Spirit element to your fairy garden, Apophyllite is a wonderful crystal which opens the gateway
between heaven and earth for divine communication.
You can place your crystals anywhere around the garden; however sometimes amethyst and other crystals may fade
in full sunlight. Crystals can also get muddy in their craggy edges, so you’ll need to clean them after a rain storm.
Also a note to watch out for any beam of sunlight being too intense for a crystal prism, creating a potential fire
hazard. When it’s windy, you may want to remove the hanging crystals from your tree to prevent damage.

11. Fairy circles

In this video, I interchange the terms “fairy ring” and “fairy circle.” They mean the same thing. If you see a fairy
circle, be sure to protect it, and keep it away from lawnmowers, pesticides, or unaware gardeners. This video was
filmed in an organic orchard, where no pesticides are used. Only natural, pure, organic citrus oil is used as an insect
repellant, and the chickens in the orchard also do a great job of keeping down the bug population.

12. Fairy kings and queens

I researched and wrote my book, “Archangels and Ascended Masters” while staying in the countryside of Ireland,
including many of the Fairy Kings and Queens. I sat outdoors with a journal and pen, and there I could really feel,
hear, and see the fairies and little people, including the fairy royalty. If you get a chance to spend time in the
countryside of Ireland, I highly recommend it for Fairyologists.
The term “High King” or “High Queen” refers to the hierarchy of royalty amongst the Trooping Fairies (the fairies who
live in communities, as opposed to Solitary Fairies who live alone). There are several kings and queens of the
different counties and regions, and the High King and Queen oversee all of the royalty and trooping fairies.

13. Multi-cultural fairies

In this video, I emphasize that fairies and elementals are part of most worldwide cultures, not just the Celtic. As a
Fairyologist, it’s important to study (and hopefully visit) different cultures and learn about their spiritual paths.
Fairyology is an open-minded study, and very inclusive. After all, wherever there is nature, there’s a nature angel.

14. Green Man

Please take time to spend time with trees, and notice their faces. Photograph these faces, if possible, and post
them on our private Fairyologist Facebook group page. Spend time with your back leaning against a tree, to release
old energies which the tree will safely transmute into healthy energy (just like trees change dirty air into clean air). I
also highly recommend that you take a pad of paper and pen with you, and interview the tree with questions . . . and
writing the answers. Trees are so wise, and they’ve seen so much. They are teachers for those who take the time to
listen.

15. Menehunes

If you travel to the Polynesian or Hawaiian islands, be sure to go out into the wilderness and you’ll see or feel the
presence of Menehunes. The first time I saw Menehunes, I was surprised at how big they were! I was accustomed to
seeing small delicate fairies. Well, the Menehunes have big bodies which seem solid for etheric bodies (similar to
Leprechauns). They stand about 2 feet tall, and their most prominent feature are their large bulbous noses. They are
also very childlike in nature, with a playfulness that’s similar to a 5 or 6 year old boy’s intensity.
16. Rock people

Do you notice faces in the rocks and marble or granite tiles that you see? I encourage you to start looking for
faces, and then spend some time connecting with the energy within the rock. What feelings and thoughts come to
you, as you connect with the Rock Person? These experiences open you up even more to the living spirit of nature. I
believe that the more sensitive to earthly energies we become, the more that we synchronize with “good timing” in
life and being at the right place and the right time.
If you haven’t yet purchased a personal crystal for yourself, please do visit a crystal store and let your intuition guide
your selection. Notice how you feel bringing your crystal home, and stay aware of interactions between you and your
new crystal friend.

17. Incarnated elementals

This video took a long time to film, because our miniature horses, goats, and chickens thought that Michael and I
were in their yard to give them cuddles and treats. I love cuddling the animals, but the horses tend to stand right in
front of the camera, so we stopped and started filming a lot. It was a fun day with the animals and making this video.

18. Air elementals

I love the air elementals, and encourage you to call upon them to clear away air pollution, or to calm storms. To
do so, simply make the request that the air elementals remove toxic chemicals from the sky. You can make this
request aloud or in your thoughts. No special words, prayers, or invocations are necessary. Simply say, “Air
Elementals, please clear away this pollution,” and it is done. Remember that the Elementals’ entire purpose is to
heal and protect nature and animals, so it’s their sacred path to do so. And if they find a person, such as yourself, to
work with on this purpose – so much the better.
When a storm threatens, including a hurricane or tornado, call upon the Air Elementals to place a wall around the
storm. Visualize the Air Elementals extinguishing the firey center of the storm, calming it and slowing the wind. This
really works!

19. Water elementals

If you visit a beach, please spend time meditating by the surf. There, you can see the Sea Sprites playing in the
white-water spray of the waves. You can even hear them laughing and shrieking with playful delight, like children.
I’ve also found Water Elementals amongst the reeds and other plants at the side of lakes.
You can call upon the Water Elementals to transmute water pollution, and help to clean up our water ways. Simply
think or say aloud your request to the Water Elementals to heal and protect any body of water
Water Elementals can also help to alleviate droughts, by your asking them to bring gentle rain to any area.
Some people make their whole careers focused upon giving Mermaid Readings, so if this calls to your heart, please
follow it. Hold the intention of connecting with the mermaids, invite dolphins to be with your client, use Magical
Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle Cards, and announce that you’re doing Mermaid Readings. It’s also a good idea to
practice giving mermaid readings in our private Facebook Fairyologist group.
NOTE: You do not have to be physically present at the area where you are asking elementals to protect or heal. You
can request elementals to go to any area of the world. They will always follow God’s will for what’s best for the area.

20. Fire elementals

There are several types of fire elementals, which are discussed throughout the videos in this course, particularly
in Video 23. Since salamanders come up so often, this video focuses upon them a bit more than the fire fairies. You
can call upon the Fire Elementals to contain fires, and to protect wildlife from threatening fires.
21. The tooth fairy

I think it’s important to be a well-rounded Fairyologist, with knowledge of all the legends and myths about
fairies . . . so that’s why I included this video about the tooth fairy. Both believers and skeptics may ask about the
Tooth Fairy, so now you’ve got interesting information to answer their questions.
NOTE: If you are watching this course with a young child who believes in the Tooth Fairy . . . you may want to have
them skip watching this video.

22. Unicorns

Having unicorn statues or images around the house, or at your business, is a wonderful way to purify and uplift
the energy of the place. The unicorn images also evoke creativity, including creative business ideas, creative
parenting, and creative problem-solving. Rainbow images and crystal prisms also invite unicorns into your space.
As with mermaids, those who love unicorns (or who are an Incarnated Unicorn) may want to specialize in giving
Unicorn Readings. Use the Magical Messages from the Unicorns Oracle Cards, call the unicorns to be with your
client, and trust the messages which come through you.

23. Djin and Genies

This video continues our look at elemental beings from cultures worldwide, as well as dispelling some of the
myths connected with them. When I was writing my spiritual novel, “Solomon’s Angels,” I waded through tons of
material about the Djin and their relationship to the fire element and the Queen of Sheba. Ever since then, I’ve felt
more connection to the fire element . . . especially for increasing one’s passion for life, relationships, and life
purpose.

24. Pixies

Speaking of Pixie and Fairy Dust, you might find yourself attracted to sparkles and glitter. You can purchase finely
ground opal-colored glitter at most crafts store, and online stores. As long as you don’t have skin allergy reactions to
the glitter, you can add it to your body lotion to sparkle even more. If you are giving public Fairy Readings or doing
talks, workshops, or parties about fairies, you can sparkle-up your appearance and people will be charmed. You can
also have a bowl filled with the glitter and a vegan makeup brush to add sparkle to people at your workshops or fairy
parties.

25. Gnomes

Do you have a Garden Gnome statue? I think it would be fun for Fairyologists to have these statues in their yards
and post these photos on our private Fairyologist Facebook page. I’ve always found that when you put a fairy statue
next to a tree or plant, that it grows, fruits, and flowers at a very fast rate. The elementals appreciate your
acknowledgement with the statues.

26. Elves

My friend and co-author of the “Flower Therapy” book and cards, Robert Reeves, is a naturopath in Australia who
very much resonates with the Elf Realm, and sees himself as an Incarnated Elf. So it’s not surprising that Robert –
and everyone who connects with elves – loves to work with flowers, herbs, and other healing plants. Robert even
teaches about Flower Readings on his http://robertreeves.com.au/ website.
27. Connecting with fairies

This is a video which gives pointers and tips, but ultimately it’s you spending time out in nature that will give you
the most knowledge. Please do make the time to go somewhere natural (i.e., no pesticides, lawn mowers, clippers,
etc.) with a pad of paper, pen, and eco-friendly bag to pick up any litter. You may also want to bring a towel to sit
upon and drinking water in a non-plastic bottle.
Have patience with the process. If you notice yourself trying to push, force, or control your connection with the
fairies, pray for help in letting go of underlying fears. Ask God to heal anxiety, and to boost your confidence in
yourself and your natural abilities to connect with divine energy.
Easy does it, and take your time. The more you can relax and enjoy your visit with the trees, fairies, and other
elementals, the better it will go. And like any new skill, practice makes for proficiency.

28. How to see and photograph fairies

Taking fairy photos is a lot like photographing wild animals in their natural element: there are lots of factors you
can’t control, and it’s unpredictable. I’ve taken and also seen photos of fairies that looked like light orbs shaped like
Tinkerbell running. I’ve seen green fields photographed with so many colorful light orbs, that it looked like a field of
Easter eggs.
The fairies seemed a bit shy during our filming. They didn’t show up on that day’s photos as dramatically as I’d
hoped, and have seen them in my other photos. Both Michael and I saw them clearly during the filming, and I’m
hoping you can see them too on this video. But if not, please don’t be discouraged – it’s just a sign that the fairies
are inviting you to go outdoors and meet them in person.
My advice is to take photos in a variety of places. Take your time. I believe fairies show up better on photos if
they’re taken in places that have healthy thriving nature, such as green grass, running water, etc.
Also be sure to read the story and look at the photo of the fairy hand print in our textbook “Fairies 101,” in
Chapter 6, “Children and the Fairies.”

29. Creating a fairy garden

Whether you live in an apartment or a home, you can still create a Fairy Garden – and I’d highly recommend you
doing so as a Fairyologist. Simply having plants, particularly the butterfly-attracting flowers, will attract fairies to your
home. So you can have these plants indoors with you (including at work), on your apartment balcony or patio in a
box planter, or in your garden.

30. Fairy cards

I want to emphasize that you don’t have to use cards to give a good Fairy Reading. Cards are a tool to help focus
and access divine messages, but they’re not a requirement.
If you feel attracted to using cards, I made this video to discuss some ways to incorporate fairy cards into your fairy
readings. There are many creative ways for you to use cards, and I look forward to hearing about your ideas and
experiences, so please do post about them on our private Fairyologist Facebook group page.
For example, I have seen Angel Therapists ® put angel cards into a small wicker basket with a handle. They then
offered this basket to people (at places like festivals, mind-body-spirit expos, etc.) and said they could draw a card.
The Angel Therapist would then give the person a mini-reading (2 to 3 minutes). If the person wanted a longer
reading, they could book a paid appointment – either at the Angel Therapist’s booth at the expo, or at a later time.
You could do the same thing with fairy cards.
31. Living as a Fairyologist

The more that we connect to the elements and elementals, the more compassionate we become for the
environment and animals. I created this video for you, because as a professional Fairyologist, people will expect you
to act in certain ways. They’ll expect you to be super-ethical toward nature and animals. It’s your choice and
decision, and I believe it’s best to make decisions because of our own inner guidance – and not because of public
pressure or expectations.
That being said, if you’re working publically as a Fairyologist, I would highly advise that you don’t smoke or curse
in front of your students or clients . . . or do anything else which would ruin their belief in you. Remember that you
are an ambassador of the magical elemental world, so please do be a role model with your actions.
Walking your talk (living in accordance with your beliefs) is also a business success secret, as you will respect
yourself more – and that healthy positive energy will attract great people as friends, business partners, and clients.
Heaven can also see which spiritual teachers and healers are sincere, and they reward them accordingly by sending
them clients and golden opportunities.
This works well: Pray to have your intentions and motivations purified, so that you’re doing the Fairyology work to
help others and not to boost your own ego. Heaven will cleanse away fears and anxieties that are at the heart of
ego-based actions . . . and restore you to your awesome true self who everyone is attracted to.

32. Working as a Fairyologist

The suggestions in this video are starting points for your business as a Fairyologist. There are so many other
creative ideas for ways to incorporate teaching and writing about fairies, and giving fairy readings into your work.
This is why I’m SO excited about our private Fairyologist Facebook community where you can share ideas about
giving fairy readings, fairy parties, fairy workshops, etc. You may also find a Fairyologist near you, and you can
share the cost of getting a booth for Fairy Readings at your local mind-body-spirit expo . . . write a book together . . .
hold Fairy Parties together, etc.
I’d also recommend subscribing to Fae Magazine, as a place of further learning about fairies and fairy events
worldwide (particularly in the United Kingdom). You can also place an ad in Fae Magazine, advertising your fairy

33. How to give a Fairy Reading

You can give professional Fairy Readings as soon as you feel ready enough to do so. To build up confidence,
please practice giving readings on our private Fairyologist Facebook group page or with your friends and family.
Most of what I know about giving readings, is from years of giving readings. Practice really does create confidence
and a base of wisdom and knowledge.
Just remember to only listen to the voice of Love during your readings. Even if you’re guided to warn your client
about something, always speak in empowering, uplifting ways. Keep your languaging positive, and your readings will
bring joy to you and your client.

34. Demonstration of Doreen giving Fairy Readings

This video was filmed at my yoga teacher’s home garden. Although Sharon has been my yoga teacher for many
years, this was my first time giving her a reading. The other two women in this video are Sharon’s yoga students,
and this was my first time meeting them. The readings went well, with great feedback afterward. I wished I had
demonstrated scanning for fairies around them, and inviting fairies to be with them . . . so I will make this as a free
bonus video which I’ll post on our private Fairyologist Facebook group page.
