As a part of Talent Acquisition Team- I am working as a IT Recruiter across domain,

handling end to end recruitment process. I am actively recruiting candidates for Full Time / Contract /
Contract to Hire IT positions, which includes:
 Sourcing and screening resumes, evaluating candidate’s qualifications, experience, interest,
remuneration, abilities and suitability.
 Conducting telephonic evaluation of sourced candidates on technical and professional
parameters based on the business requirements and schedule shortlisted candidates for
further interview process – telephonic and face to face.
 Understanding the skill set as per the Client requirement and delivering based on the
timelines.
 Screening and short listing the candidates sourced through Naukri portal, LinkedIn etc. and
validating them on their experience and skill set.
 Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company
and position to create strong interest.
