BIR Latest Zonal Value were the entire corner lots along the National Highway and the
entry point of all the streets mentioned.
Also Note that there is no Tiwala Street in Lumban, they presume it “Tiwala” as the old
people name-terms before and they presume it as Tabia Extension because of the lot location
is parallel from Tabia Street dead-end.
