Company (KJPP)
2. Monitor the Capacity of the appraisal company and ensuring the turn
around time and quality of the report in supporting to business unit.
3. Conduct assessment collateral valuation.
4. Manage, Monitor and reconcile all payment for appraisal transaction on
JOB DESK monthly basis.
5. Identify and recommend revised work procedure contributing ideas to
improve the process, productivity and cost efficiencies
6. Escalate complex issues, investigating and providing a potential
resolution for complaints.
7. make recommendation for the appropriate changes the policy related
to valuation and collateral.
