➢ Key Qualification
I am having more than 5 years of extensive professional experience in various capacities in planning,
project management and construction supervision of large number of various Civil engineering works
including 4 years in highways (Flexible and Rigid) ,CD works, Underpasses. I have experience in
spectrum covers construction of both flexible and rigid pavement, maintenance, widening and strengthening
of road projects funded by State Government and Central Govt. I am well versed with all activities of
flexible pavement such as construction of Earthwork in Embankment & Sub-grade, Granular sub-base,
Cement Treated sub-base & base, Wet Mix Macadam, Bituminous Works, Profile correction course &
Pavement Quality Concrete for Rigid Pavement. Also having experience of review in the drawings related
to highway construction such as Plan and Profile, Drainage Scheme, Toll Plaza, Intersection, CD works,
Underpasses, Road Signage and Marking, Signaling etc. The design of Rigid Pavement was review and
finalized on the basis of ASSTHO and IRC guidelines. I am thoroughly familiar with modern technique of
 the construction with modern machineries such as concrete paver, Bituminous full width sensor paver, Hot
Mix Plant (Batch & Drum mix Type), Concrete batching plant, Sensor Paver, Graders, Vibratory, Tandem
and Pneumatic tire rollers, Kerb Machine, Thermoplastic paint machine etc .Having extensive knowledge
of various mixed design applicable to the projects, conducting of required
fieldandlaboratorytestandprocurementofmaterialbestsuitedeconomicallyaswellasonqualityconsiderations
making optimum use of locally available materials. I had also fortunate to work along with Dr. B. B. Panda
specialist in Expressway Pavement (IIT Kharagpur). Also upgraded from conventional road
construction material to new cement treated sub-base and cement treated base.

➢ Responsibilities
I am responsible for review the Design and methodology prepared by the contractor and approve it with
modification, if any; Issue of all detailed working design to the contractor, Directly responsible for
regulating the construction process as per stipulated specifications, standards, contract etc; Assist to
resolving any issues pertaining to site of the contractor; keep proper records of the daily activities and
progress by maintaining of Project Diary;, Strictly monitor the progress of work for timely completion of
the project with best quality work; Supervision, scrutiny and approval of the final setting out by the
contractor; Assist the Team Leader & Sr .material engineer in updating Design & drawings, setting up of
quantity and quality control procedures and review of contractor’s method of construction; pavement
rehabilitation, repair works ,understanding of International “Best Practices” in the field of Design,
Construction and Maintenance of Flexible and Rigid type pavements including latest codal stipulations and
specifications, Monitor the operations including adherence to safety and environmental requirements; Issue
site instructions; Maintain are cord set of working drawings; Maintain construction records; Preparation of
Maintenance Manual; Assist the Team Leader with the evaluation of contractor’s claims etc; Quality
Control of works; verification in and levels, inspection of works, prepare and submit tall reports ;Final
inspection of works; Verification of contractor’s Statements of completion and face the quality audit of
NHAI.

And individually prepare all these as per demand.
And I am very much interested to learn every bits of Engineering that is my strength. If I have any weakness I
