Carroll is one of the famous musicians in USA. He was travelling by United Airlines. He
claimed that his guitar was badly damaged by United Airlines and the authority did not care
about this matter. After that Carroll made a video and posted it in social media. With a few
movement the video was viral in social media and some how United Airlines authority heard
about this news.

After this incident United rob Bradford reached out to Carroll and apologize for what they
done. Also he offer Carroll 1200$ in cash so the he can repairing his guitar. And also they
offer him another 1200$ for flight vouchers. At this point Carroll Denay the offer and
suggested them give that money who have been infected similar away and donate money to a

If I faced this kind of online crisis i will response qicky .Service recovery is very expensive
for an organization. Earing reputation is a very lengthy and difficult process but a simple
mistake can be a strong reason to lose the reputation. The apology is the primary service
recovery tool I believe. When the problem happened instant i take action against it. When
customers complain I will respond quickly. I will try to solve it on spot. Because customer
likes quick response. I will tell him we are very sorry for this situation and ask another
customer they have any problem and obtusely i offer him some recovery or i will buy a new
