    Dear Jack:
    There is a fairly good chance that I shall be in Dallas early in July for a sales
    meeting which will take place in the Hotel Green. This meeting will last nearly
    three days. If I can arrange the trip, I sincerely hope that you can spare an
    hour or so to take me through your main office. I am most eager to observe
    the billing machines you have put in.

    Would you please let me know by June 15 if you can possibly do this for me?

    Last night I talked briefly with Harry Smith, whom you picked for the job as
    head of our shipping room. I am as highly pleased with him as you are. I
    sincerely feel that this man would do a good job as head of our shipping room.
    I am highly pleased too, with the fact that he will take $7,000 to star.
