Danfoss Delight
Danfoss has a number of delight programs, Festive Delight,
Community Delight, Wellness Delight and Special Delight. Under
these programs the employees celebrate festivals together to
create a sense of belongingness. By lending a helping hand to the
society employees get a chance to do their part for the society.
We also celebrate family days together and go for team offsite.
Help Desks
Help desks are your point of contact for any queries regarding NPS, PF,
Medi Claim etc. These help desks are located in the office premises itself
for ease of support.
Les Concierges
Danfoss gives you concierge support for assistance with
your license/passport, queries related to banking etc. From
ordering cake for team members to shifting work desk this
support can be used for work in the premises of the office.
Recreation Centre
Do stretch your imagination at work but we also
giving you a chance to stretch your muscles at our
gym. The workouts give you a boost at work and also a
chance to tone your body. You can also play a game of
table tennis with you colleagues to relax and unwind.
Sabbatical Policy
Be a Danfossian at off times. Avail off-times as
