1. How does wealth creating venture can be achieved? Explain (at least 5 sentences)

Wealth-creating venture is about building up value. It focuses on

innovation and growth. The profits in the company on an ongoing basis to
increase the market capitalization of the company and the shareholders
benefit by the increase in the share price. Investors usually put in amounts
that will not be returned as income or dividends soon. The main goal is to
cash out once the venture becomes IPO ready.

2. Explain how planning a vital role plays in every business success. ( at least 5
sentences)

Most people’s perception of their business is flawed in some important

aspect. Preparing for the future allows business leaders to consider the
impact they would like the company to have and to find a way to get
there. Your business will not operate as efficiently and effectively as it
could without specific and defined goals. You will need it to improve your
work productivity by ensuring you to stay in a right track. It also helps find
out key issues in the business early on including obstacles, possible pitfalls
and areas which haven't been looked into.
