RE : COVID-19 Control Measures

In order to prevent or avoid the spread of virus within our project site during work
resumption, the following safety controls and measures is recommended;

1. Provide handwashing area outside the main gate. All workers, staffs, visitors,
suppliers, applicants, and any individual must wash or sanitize their hands before
entering the site.
2. Procurement of infrared body temperature scanner.
3. All workers must undergo a daily body temperature check before commencing
with their jobs.
4. No face masks, no entry policy must be considered.
5. Require workers and employees to wear facemasks all the time.
6. Maintain the physical distancing within worker’s respective barracks and/or
offices.
7. Any workers being discovered exceeding to the normal temperature will be
automatically isolate and will be subject for constant monitoring.
8. Department offices should restrict workers from entering without prior
coordination to the department heads, representatives or detailed personnel.
9. Additional handwashing area on active building or within building perimeter
areas.
10. Selection of essential works and other skeletal workforce.
