De La Salle made a precept that no
priests were to be teachers. Also, the
brothers must focus only to teaching and
only allowed to serve low mass. And able
to give time to three occupations which
are to study, to prayer and to teaching.

Like the saints of all ages, De La Salle is not an exemption to
