PARTNERSHIP DEED

This deed of partnership is made on 18 July,2021 by and between

the following partners :

1. Muskan Khera, D/o Mr. Tarun Khera , residing at A-117

Ganesh nagar New Delhi, Delhi-110017,herein referred to as
first partner .
2. Aaina Sahney, D/o Mr. Rohit Sahney , residing at C-24 Tagore
garden New Delhi, Delhi-110027,herein referred to as second
partner .

Whereas the above named partners have decided to start the business of
manufacturing and trading of medicines under the name of M/s KMA
Pharma at shop no.13 Nehru Place Delhi in partnership with each other .
And whereas all the parties here to mentioned above agreed to
enter in a new partnership of medicines under the name of M/s KMA
Pharma at shop no.13 Nehru Place Delhi with effect from 18 July 2021.
And whereas all the parties here to mentioned above are major and
of sound mind and to obviate all doubts with and desire to create a written
document having all terms and conditions of the partnership which is as
under:-
Now this deed of partnership witnessed as under
1. That the business shall be carried on under the name of M/s
KMA Pharma
2. That the business of partnership shall be carried at Nehru Place or
any other place as maybe mutually agreed upon partners.
3. That the business of partnership shall be manufacturing and trading
of medicines or any other business as the partners may agree to carry
on from time to time .
 4. That net profit or losses, as the case may be, of the partnership
business shall be shared by all the partners in the equal ratio or 1:1
5. That the partners will have equal management powers and
responsibilities.
6. A new partner can be added to the partnership by unanimous vote of
all partners.
7. A partner can be expelled by unanimous vote of the other partners.

In witness whereof, all the parties here to mentioned above have put their
signature here to this day and year mentioned above.
