filament glass fibre products
from China
On 25th April 2017, after the
completion of an expiry review,
the European Union (EU)
instated a definitive Anti-
dumping duty (ADD) on imports
of continuous filament glass
fibre products (covering various
CN codes under headings
701911, 701912, and 701931).
The ADD rate implemented for
all companies which did not
cooperate is 19.9%. This
regulation entered into force on
26th April 2017.

1. There has been an update to United States Import Control. This update modifies Participating Government Agency
(PGA) Codes, affecting various HTS chapters across the tariff schedule.

2. There has been a new content to United States Import Control. This new content adds new PGA import controls. The
following HTS chapter is affected: 29.
3. There has been an update to United States Import Control. This update modifies the GREQ header for certain import
controls, affecting various HTS chapters across the tariff schedule.

CHINA
There has been an update to China Import Controls. This update adds the Anti-dumping duty for HS number. The following
HTS chapter is affected: 90.

1. There has been an update to Japan Import Controls. This adds controls/requirements on meat and poultry products
originating in US. The following HTS chapters are affected: 01, 02 and 16.
