20. Read the text given below and answer the questions (i-iv) based on it.
Now-a-days big business units have started establishing their own ‘Consumer Service and
Grievance Cells’. This is being done for the convenience of consumers. The businessmen
know that all the customers do not buy goods of the same brand, price, quality and size. In
order to solve this problem of theirs, all the businessmen have the same product of several
brands, prices, qualities and sizes. This has no doubt increased the investment in business,
but it has also resulted in the increase of customers’ satisfaction.

Like the Business Units, today’s consumer also has become enlightened. Now his participation
in spreading rubbish and in polluting the environment in getting zeroed. Similarly, now the
tendency of consumers being scattered as also getting reduced. Now the consumers have
started raising their common problems unitedly. Positive results of such a tendency are
becoming visible.
