Course Title: PUBLIC PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
Course Description: Organization, processes and procedures in public personnel administration at the central and operating agency levels

Period Offered: First Semester 2021 - 2022
Credit: 3 units
Total No. of Contact Hours: 3 hours per week (total of 54 hours)

Graduate Students are required to participate in class discussions, hence personal involvement and their
preparation by reading the material assigned for the particular schedule of the course.

 Each student will be given a particular topic to present for class discussion. Comments and suggestions
will be given during and after the report shall have been delivered. The student will be graded according to
his/her communication skills/articulation skills, confidentiality, argument and synthesis, and content of the report
and liberality of the source or references.

a. A student who incurs a total absences of more than 20% of the required hours in the term would be automatically dropped;
