Narrative Report on the Conducted Virtual Interview Activity Centered
on the Students' Career Paths
Mr. Renzy Kiel Astorga Aguilon, who is the subject teacher and also functioned as the
interviewer throughout the activity, success fully conducted virtual interviews with Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences students from section Dale via Messenger video call.
The interview was a quarterly duty assigned to the students as a crucial component for
their Work Immersion subject. The goal of the activity was to recalibrate the kids' brains on the courses they plan to take when they transition to college life and re-ignite their love for careers in order to achieve future goals.
On the 23rd day of June, the first set of students were interviewed at 1:00 p.m.,
and the activity proper began at that time. The whole duration of the first batch's continuous interview lasted for about 3 hours. Mr. Aguilon decided to move the second batch's schedule to Saturday. The activity was a direct follow-up to the students' last task, which required them to submit required documents as a pre-interview prerequisite in order to be considered for the interview. The interview activity for the second batch officially started at 8 in the morning and ended at 11:00 AM.
