PURCHASER SCOPE OF SUPPLY

1. EXPENSES : Train fare /medical insurance/ lodging / boarding /food & conveyance of installation

team

2. FRIEGHT & TRANSPORTATION: Loading / Unloading / Transportation freight extra at actual to be

borne by purchaser.

3. SITE REQUIREMENT : Ladder/ scaffolding / masonry work / earth work / foundation work/ RCC

work /water/ power /compressed air / Valve from Water source to Tank /Cables / wiring and laying

/ Storage space for tools /Ladder & safety equipment / Loading / unloading / moving for erection

of equipment by crane/ Hydraulic crane/ long boom hydra/ pallet ruck to be arranged by purchaser

as and when required during installation.

4. SITE LABOUR: Helper Assistance to Team. Customer to provide reasonable facilities for all our men

employed on site.

WORK PERMIT: All necessary Work Permits shall be obtained by the Purchaser. The Purchaser shall

also make any arrangements which may be required with local authorities to permit the

Supervising Engineer to perform his duties.

5. SECURITY: The Purchaser shall be responsible for providing adequate guarding and protection of

the Site on which the equipment is being installed.

6. Our welding team shall be consisting of Employee, Vender, Hired Expert or Consultant.

COMMERCIAL TERMS CONDITIONS

1. PRICE
The above prices are calculated on the basis of Ex-Works Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

2. PACKING & LOADING

3 % of Basic Order value
3. DELIVERY
Delivery period will be 12 to 14 Weeks from the date of technically and commercially clear
Purchase Order.
4. PAYMENT
Payment 50% advance & balance 50 % against inspection at our works before dispatch
5. FREIGHT & TRANSPORTATION
Loading / Unloading / Transportation freight extra at actual to be borne by purchaser
6. INSURANCE
Insurance to be borne by purchaser.

7. DOCUMENTATION CHARGES
Legalization of document and other documentation will attract extra charges at actual.
8. VALIDITY OF OFFER
Validity of offer till 7 days from the date of quotation.
9. LEGAL CONSTRUCTION
All dispute and legal matters are subjected to Ahmadabad (India) jurisdiction only.

10. WARRANTY
TWO (2) year for faulty workmanship and defective material. (On brought item we will
provide actual manufacturer warranty)
