AFFIDAVIT

I, CORAZON BANGGALAO, of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of

Poblacion, Banaue, Ifugao, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose
and state THAT:

1. The rice field located at Ipayyaya, Poblacion, Banaue, Ifugao where Mrs. Teresa
Puddunan is staying belongs to Mrs. Dominga Adchao, daughter of Jacinta
Kimmayong – Adchao;

2. There was a hearing of the case by the Barangay Lupon of Poblacion, Banaue, Ifugao
sometime in April and June, 2021 regarding the land and the building at Ipayyaya,
Poblacion, Banue;

3. It was established that the reason why the concrete house was erected in the lot of
Dominga Adchao, daughter of Jacinta Kimmayong – Adcaho, by Mrs. Teresa Diagan
was because of the debt of Mrs. Teresa Puddunan from Mrs. Diagan. These facts were
admitted by the parties;

4. In order for the interest of the loan of Mrs. Puddunan to stop, both Teresa Puddunan
and Teresa Diagan asked permission from Jacinta Kimmayong – Adchao to construct
said concrete house with the understanding that they will vacate the premises when
the children of Mrs. Jacinta Kimmayong – Adchao will reimburse the expenses in the
construction of the concrete house. In return, the concrete house will be owned by the
family of Jacinta Kimmayong – Adchao;

5. I know these facts because I was a member of the Lupon during the hearing of the
above – mentioned case. In fact, the Lupon told Teresa Puddunan to stop improving
the building but she did not comply;

6. I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing and in support of the
claim Dominga Adchao and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby set my hand this __ day of August, 2021 at
