AFFIDAVIT

I, MARY O. LIKIYAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of Bocos,

Banaue, Ifugao, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state
THAT:

1. When I was still young, I saw some individuals from Kinakin, Banaue, Ifugao,
relatives and family members of Angayon Adchao helping the harvest of the rice
crops (“baddang”) located at Ipayyaya, Poblacion, Banaue, Ifugao because the lot
would be transferred to Mrs. Jacinta Kimmayong – Adchao, wife of Angayon
Adchao;

2. The said rice field was later registered under the name of Dominga Adchao,
daughter of Jacinta Adchao;

3. When I was already an adult, I worked on the lot of Mrs. Jacinta Kimmayong –
Adchao at Ipayyaya, Poblacion, Banaue, Ifugao. We used to cultivate the rice field
ready for planting crops;

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing and in support of
the claim Dominga Adchao and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
