engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavor, it has been decided to

11 .00 Hrs. 1ST). Bidder must submit its Financial bid and Technical Bid at https://
eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app and Technical bids should also submit through BIMS portal
https://bims.gov.in on or before 13-07-2021 (upto I 1.00 hours 1ST). Bids received online shall be
opened on 14-07-2021 (at I 1.00 hours 1ST). Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained.
However, Bid securing declaration, document fee, Power of Attorney and Joint Bidding Agreement
etc. shall be submitted physically by the Bidder on or before 14-07-2021 (at 11.00 hours 1ST),
