Detailed Engineering

Detailed engineering will be performed based on basic engineering. Detailed

engineering package will include:

Process
- Equipment List with datasheets

- P&ID
P&ID will be updated based on detail engineering and modified after
recommendations from design review, HAZOP and/or SIL study
recommendations

- Valve Data Sheets

Valve List with each type of datasheet to include Valve Type, Design, Tag, Operation
Mode, Connection Type, Flange Rating, FB or RB, operating and design pressure and
temperature, and material details including actuator details where required

- Process Equipment/Modules Vendor Detail Drawings

Mechanical

- Equipment Layout
Detailed equipment layout drawing will be issued based on the detailed drawings
including the vendor equipment drawings, orientation, dimensional details,
foundation details, foundation loads including dynamic and static forces,
anchorage details, and sumps and drainage channels.

- 3D Building Drawing
3D Autocad drawing of the building to be issued including the equipment, pipes,
trays, and ducts

- Mechanical Equipment Vendor’s Detailed Drawings

- Detailed Design of Steel Structure

Detail Design Drawings for pipe supports and platforms will be provided in
sufficient detail to serve as basis for fabrication by others

- Pipe Systems Design

 Isometric drawings
 System Sketches

Drawings will include all relevant data for work shop and /or site fabrication
including Bill of Materials, Spool Identification, Support Location and other
information required for manufacturing
