2. NOR Gate. The NOR gate can have two or more input signals but has only one output
signal. All inputs must be low to produce a high output. In other words, the NOR gate
recognizes only an input word whose bits area all low (0).
II. Objectives.
1. The experiment will use an inverter and an OR gate to produce a NOR gate and an
inverter and AND gate to produce a NAND gate. See legend below.
2. To know the other operations of the three basic gates in digital system.
3. To create the actual circuit of the NAND and NOR gates using different IC’s.
