Steps to make a low-carb paneer roll

Take an Ador low carb atta into a bowl or a pan, add one spoon of cooking oil, salt as per
requirement. Mix it gently to make sure everything is adequately mixed. Once done, add a small
amount of water and start making the dough. Can add water as per softness required in the
dough(Make sure don’t put more water in one go instead, put it in small quantity multiple times).
Once you are done preparing the dough, close the pan or bowl and keep it aside for 10-15
minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the paneer stuff.

Now heat the 2-3 spoon of cooking oil in the pan. Keep gas in low flame and add jeera and
mustard seeds. Now add one chopped onion into the oil and fry it for a couple of minutes using
a kitchen spoon (do not fry till it changes to golden color). Add one scoop of ginger garlic paste,
chopped Shimla Mirch, and fry it for 30 seconds. Add salt as per taste(you have added salt in
the dough also, so make sure you add less salt in this), methi, one spoon of soya sauce, one
spoon of cooking vinegar,1/2 spoon of red chili powder, ½ spoon of Haldi,1/4th spoon of garam
masala. mix it well and let it cook for 1-1.5 minutes. Add tomato ketchup to the mixture; add
paneer to the mixture and mix it properly for a good 3-4 minutes to make sure paneer is gently
mixed with the variety.
At last, add, some coriander leaves and mint leaves to increase the taste of the mixture. Close
the pan and heat it for another 10 minutes under low flame. Now paneer stuffing is ready, and
keep it aside for cooling.

By now, our dough is ready for making roti. Make the small balls of the dough; the size should
be as per requirement and depends on the size of the roti. use some dry atta and start rolling
the balls using a kitchen roller. Once it is large enough (it should be neither thick nor thin), take
the Tawa and heat it for some time before putting the roti on it. Once the Tawa is ready, put
some oil on it so that roti doesn’t stick to it. Put the roti on the Tawa and once you start getting
the bubbles on it, turn the roti and roast it both the side.

Now your roti is ready to fill the paneer stuff. Now apply tomato ketchup gently through one side
of the roti. Now take the paneer stuffing and place it in the middle of the roti from one end to the
other end. Now put a bit of chat masala over the filling to get more taste. Now start rolling the
roti and rap it with butter paper.

Now your healthy roll is ready to serve. And can be served with green chutney or tomato
ketchup as per requirement.
