Inter-project Billing:-

=> Provider OU can incur the cost and charge againtst the provider's project.

=> Provider project can bill the internal customer and also external customers.

=> Funding limits will be checked in provider project.

=> No need to specify the reciever controls in the provider OU.

=> Need to link the receiver project in the Customers and Contract form of the
provider project.

=> No need to specify the transfer price schedules in the reciever project.

=> Events can be entered as cross charge transactions on provider project.

=> Decentralized project ownership and centralized customer billing.

=> Once we receive the internal billing from provider project, receiver project can
bill the customer.

Inter-Company Billing:-

=> Provider OU incur the cost and charge againtst the receiver's project.

=> Intercompany billing project is a dummy project and can bill only internal
customers.

=> Funding limits will not be checked in provider project.

=> Need to specify the reciever controls in provider OU.

=> No need to do this setup.

=> Need to specify the transfer price schedules in the reciever project.

=> Events cannot be entered as cross charge transactions on receivers project.

=> Centralized project ownership and centralized customer billing.

=> As soon as cost is distributed in provider OU, receiver project can bill the
external customer.
