Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Testing of Non-Woven Bags of 15 Kg capacity.

The Gujarat State Civil Supplies
Corporation Limited has floated a tender on GeM
Portal for supply of the Non-Woven Bags of 15
Kg capacity. The bags will be used for filling
Wheat, Rice, Sugar and Salt, etc. We have collected the samples from each bidder. We want
get the samples tested to know whether samples comply with the technical

not.

The bags are being procured for distribution of food grains under Pradhan Mantri Garib
Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY) to NFSA Ration Card beneficiaries. It is planned to get it
distributed in the month of August 2021/September 2021 by the GSCSCL. So, we
request you
to test the sample and submit the report on priority basis. The technical specification that needs
to be tested are enclosed as Annexure - A & The design to be printed on the bags are enclosed
as Annexure - B.

The Major parameters to be tested are GSM to the bag, Load Test, Stitching, Printing
and compliance to food regulations.

We need these bags to be tested with 2 working days from date of sample submission.

Requesting you to confirm the same and charges for the same so that we can submit the samples
on priority.
