 All patterns are checked against master patterns for

accuracy to conform to the customer specifications.

 Where applicable, size sets are produced before

production.
FINAL INSPECTION
 Materials inspected.

 Pre production and critical path meetings are carried

out for all order.

 All garments pieces are numbered for colour continuity

& colour shading.

 Every garment is inspected in the sewing line.

 All garments are checked by metal detector machines.

FINAL IN LINE INSPECTION LINE QC
 All safety instruments are provided to workers to avoid
accidents.

 We follow AQL 2.5 for all orders.

 We restrict access to the finishing area to approved

employees only.

 We maintain rejection reports & keep separate rejected

garments from approved bulk.

We subscribe and contribute to medical centre &
medical fund for employees. In addition to the FIRE SAFETY
above, we have an internal medical unit headed
by an MBBS Doctor and a full time nurse to
ensure proper medical facilities and guidelines for
our employees. We also provide free medicine to
our employees and arrange first aid training for all
our workers. First Aid boxes are adequately
present on all floors. We also have a child care
unit to take care of our employee’s children. We have emergency fire exits stairs to ensure maximum evacuation of
employees is possible in the case of fire. We regularly arrange fire
training which is conducted by local authority officials. Employees are
