Merchandising team consists of

experienced merchandisers whose utmost
priority is successful order execution of
the customers. The dedicated team is
segmented accordingly for each
customer so all of them get the
appropriate feedback and information
required in the fast-paced process of
order. They communicate with customers
on a day to day basis and perform
constant follow up activities on orders on
behalf of customers.
 How we work…

Quality control team specializes on

prevention and control in order to
produce the most refined products for our
customers. Their responsibilities include
pre-production meeting, abiding to
guidelines from customers, setting up
quality standards at factories and
monitoring them. SAN designates
individuals’ quality controllers per factory
in order to monitor and execute orders as
per customer’s requirements.
Furthermore, they also perform in-house
testing in order to ensure customer on
requested quality standards.

Triple Seven Apparels Limited has

specialized teams dedicated to the
responsibilities of design, merchandising,
compliance and quality control. The
research and design team concentrates
on product development that is in tune
with contemporary fashion trends. Their
responsibilities lie in creating seasonal
collections based on extensive trend
research surrounding new accessories,
trims, fabrics, finishes, washes etc and
translating the customer’s needs into
innovative designs and samples. The R&D
team also prepares periodic collections
for the in-house brand, that is procured
from current international trends in order
to give a fair idea to the customer on
different options and possibilities per
market segment.

01 Sewing Quality Triple Seven Apparels Ltd. has a Quality Assurance Department for
assuring the overall quality. The Central Quality Department consists of 6
well experienced, educated Quality Controllers. The Team is maintained
and directed by a Quality Assurance Manager who posses sound
knowledge regarding the world standard quality or the quality that Buyers
expect. He is directly responsible to the Managing Director. The Quality
Department is not at all involved in any production matter. They are
always engaged in assuring the quality of production.

02 Daily Finishing Capacity The Daily Finishing and Packing capacity of Triple Seven Apparels Ltd.
are 20% above of daily production. This is to avoid any back lot in the
Finishing Section.

03 Folding System Flat Pack to Standard Packing and Fancy Stand for required Folding.
04 Finishing Quality System Garments are always checked 100% from inside after thread cutting
100% from outside after ironing. Important comport ant components are
measured for acceptable tolerance. Before Poly bagging total quantity are
checked for Get Up.

05 Pre-Final Audit Before sending for cartooning, Finishing quality Controller conducts audit
and if he passes only then it is allowed for packing, otherwise all these
garments are declared for re-check. When Garments are packed in use
carton, Quality Assurance Manager conducts Pre-Final inspection before
offering for final inspection to the Buyer.
