CIRCULAR FOR THE PARENTS

Subject : Olympiad Examination Session 2021-22
Dear Parents,

We wish to share with you that SOF has completely transformed its process and pattern of Olympiad exams to
bring it on par with the ground realities in this pandemic. In consonance with the above, the following changes
have been made by the SOF for all Olympiads to be conducted in the session 2021-22 :

ONLINE EXAMS - All the exams will be conducted online this year. Students will appear for the chosen
exams from their homes.

LAUNCH OF SOCIAL STUDIES OLYMPIAD

Starting this year, SOF is launching SOF Social Studies Olympiad for students from classes 3 to 10. For

Please note-- Level 2 dates will be announced in January 2022.All exams will now be conducted on
Saturdays (for classes 6-12)& Sundays (for classes 1-5) to ensure students do not miss out on online classes,
and younger children have parent’s support to log in for exams. Exact timings of exams will be shared
separately.
 Out of these seven Olympiads, three i.e., SOF IMO, SOF IEO & SOF NSO, are two-level exams for classes 3
-12. Others are single-level exams.

REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE EXAMS - DPS,Bhopal is not doing the school registration for its students
in the session 2021-22.

REGISTRATION FEE -Rsl50/* (including GST) per student per Olympiad exam towards cost of exam.
Students have to make payments through debit cards, credit cards, Net Banking, UPI, or wallets

IMPORTANT LINKS FOR EXAMS – SOF will share with each student who has registered for the
exam(s) the following information:

- PRACTISE TEST – link for practise test will be sent through SMS/mail 48 hours before exam date to
enable a student familiarize her/himself with online exams process.

- FINAL EXAM – link for final exam will be sent through SMS/mail 24 hours before exam date along with
guidelines for appearing in the exam

-OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION – including Roll number, dates of exams, results, preparatory
material etc.
