Description
VIVAPUR Alginate FD 120 is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according
to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. For an EU usage please consider food categories and
where required maximum levels listed in Reg. (EC) No 1333/2008. We recommend the description "Sodium
alginate (E 401)".

Please consider country-specific regulations for food.

Storage
Store in cool and dry conditions. Temperature max. 25 °C with a relative humidity < 60 %. In original and
unopened bags, best before at least 24 months starting with production date.
