Bangladesh is third largest RMG exporter in the world. They have export different part all over
the world, but talking about social responsibility they are far behind from other developing
nation in the world. Employees have faced so many problems to their work place, like, not
friendly and safe workplace, getting rude behaviour from senior management. RANA plaza
incident is the perfect example of poor social responsibility and failure governance by
stakeholder and Govt.

Problem statement
By talking about Rana plaza us an eight Building when working more than four thousand people,
they were collapsed and killed 1134 RMG workers[ CITATION Mia161 \l 1033 ]. Due to the poor
working condition, unhealthy and risk that was given by factory owner. Lack of leadership and
governance by factory owner. Biggest failure and mistake by government not providing safety
and fair wages to employees they deserved.

Objective of the study

Developing strategy not only foreign buying firm but also domestic suppliers and conduct a law
so that they can practice social responsibility.

Methodology of the study

Findings of the study

Various approach are there the new government approach , to improve firms social
responsibility, Follow GSE structure and BGMEA take action , Implication theory practice as
well as potential and future direction , current social Audits process that help management firm
control the whole process . Legal protection for whistle blowers where exchange accurate
information. These are the strategy and approach is used to practice in RMG BANGLADESH,
They should implement those accurately for the benefit of people and RMG Sectors.

Recommendation

Why RMG is enormous all over the world? Because low production and labour cost, and quality
of the production with cheaper price, They should focus on the environment where so many
people work and their working condition , are they getting fair treatment and wages , give the
facilities the worker deserve . So that they can motivate and work as a team. Social responsibility
is something that gives industries or company enormous respect and the positivity in the mind of
the buyer, society at large. Government need to be honest about ethical conduct regarding
company and employees, they should conduct a rules and regulation industries should bound to
practise these are the issue that under social responsibility. For example.

1. Reduce the tax and enrol rules to increase the salaries and safety issues of employees.
2. Those are industries are so polluted for environment planning trees plantation with this
area.
3. Set up hospital for these areas.

Conclusion

To guarantee the CSR of the RMG industry in developing counties, this article has argued that a
NG approach should be employed to reform the laws related to social responsibility practices of
the global suppliers in these countries. Safe working environment, fair treatments these are right
for the employees of RMG in BANGLADESH. If these right or social responsibility does not
fairly practise in Bangladesh. There will be more incident like RANA Plaza waiting for us. It is
the duty for owner and the government to ensure the safe working environment and practise
social responsibility in Bangladesh RMG , Unless it will loss his credibility.
