OF WITNESS

I, VOLANTE SAH GO, 63 years old, married, a government

physician and Filipino citizen, presently residing at Buyagan, La Trinidad,
Benguet, under oath, depose and say that:

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1. Q: Please state your name and personal circumstances for the record.
A: I am VOLANTE SAH GO, 63 years old, a widower, Filipino
citizen, and presently residing at Buyagan, La Trinidad, Benguet. I am
engaged as an examining physician at the Family Protection Unit of
the Benguet General Hospital at La Trinidad, Benguet;

2. Q: How are you related to the respondent?

A: I am Rodrigo Dong Go’s grandfather on his mother’s side.

3. Q: What is your impression of Rodrigo Dong Go?

A: He is a very kind and attentive grandchild.

4. Q: Why would you say he is kind and attentive?

Q: He was the one who bought and delivered supplies for me during
the Enhanced Community Quarantine and General Community
Quarantine. He also visited me regularly even before the pandemic.
He was the only one among my grandchildren to do so.

5. Q: From your impressions on your grandson, what is the chance that

he would engage in criminal behavior?
A: I would say very low. He works hard to help his family make ends
meet.

6. Q: What is your grandson’s view on drugs?

A: He dislikes them. He supports the government’s “war on drugs”.

7. Q: Why do you say that your grandson supports the government’s

campaign against illegal drugs?
A: We discuss it sometimes, especially since it was regularly on the
news last year.

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing

and for all legal intents and purposes.
