Library Management System

Some of the functional requirements of our system are:

Library Login: librarian can login and access the required information.
Update Member Information: Librarian can Update the fine, the Number of books issued, any
change in personal details of member.
Update book details: Librarian can add new book details and can also change the status of the
book (Weather it is available or not).

Performance Requirements
 the performance of our system is fast and accurate.
 This system can handle expected and non-excepted errors in ways that prevent loss.
 Our system is able to handle large amount of data. Thus it can accommodate high
number of books and users without any fault.

Security Requirements
 Our system will use secured database.
 Normal users can just read information but they cannot edit or modify anything except
their personal and some other information.
 Every users of the system has access constrains.
Software Quality Attributes
 Our project is open source.
 The Quality of the database is maintained in such a way so that is can be very user
friendly to all the users of the database.
 The users are able to easily download install the system.
Safety Requirements
 The database may get crashed at any certain time due to virus or operating system
failure.
 Therefore, it is required to take the database breakup so that the database is not lose.
 System use shall not cause any harm to human users
