How to Build an Install Mode
List of Points for a Phased
Construction Project

Follow these steps and click the corresponding movie to view the procedure for
building an Install Mode List of Points for a Phased Construction Project.
1. From the 4100ES Programmer, click the List tab.
2. Right click the screen, click “Add List… Insert”, and then click the Filter button.
3. Click the checkbox for “MAPNET/IDnet/XALOOP/MX Loop” and then click the Advanced tab to further refine the search.
4. Click within the “Custom Label” field and then type the common part of the Custom Label.
The Advanced Filter search displays only the queried “MAPNET/IDnet/XALOOP/MX Loop” devices.
5. Click the “Tag All” icon and then the OK button.
6. Type the List Label and then click the OK button.
The list is created. Repeat this process for each phase of the construction project.
7. Click the Save icon and the Revision History window opens.
8. Document your changes and then click the OK button to save the changes.
