In the present VUCA world, professional success is determined by ones decisions, choices

and professional conduct. In order to ace all of these in the most suitable way , an individual would
need to master certain specific competencies . Research indicates that one’s awareness of his / her
personality , Communication effectiveness and Emotional Intelligence play major roles in
determining future success.

The Learning outcomes of this course entitled, “Personal Effectiveness and

Enrichment”, would be :
1. Centred around bettering these crucial skills of individuals personality , professional
communication and Emotional intelligence; that would help the student become
corporate and life ready. Each of these skills would be instrumental in preparing the overall
development and outlook of the student.
2. From placement point of view, the recruiters of today look for candidates who are self-
aware , have positive communication and are extremely emotionally intelligent . All these
three aspects are instrumental in one’s career and advancement in life. The course would
help us use these skills during interview processes and professional interaction.
3. Each student would be taken through a battery of tests and other tools in order to access
himself on these skills individually. Development areas would be identified that limit ones
potential and further, each area would be worked upon for overall awareness betterment
by providing individual attention to each student.

Evaluation
1. As a part of 15 Hrs of training by the trainer 15 hours of experiential work would be done by
the student a part of continuous development . Students would be given assignment and
projects to do that are concerned with self-analysis and development in the scope of
personality , Communication effectiveness and Emotional Intelligence.
